Are you bready for the most dough-licious news you’ve heard all week?
After making an impression on the good folk of West End, NYC Bagel Deli is filling the hole in Fortitude Valley – and our hearts – with a new store rolling into Brunswick Street on April 20. Owners Eddie Tice and Ania Kutek have gained a huge following with their hand-rolled loaded bagels, sourcing ingredients locally wherever possible, so we’re pretty stoked that their city presence is expanding!
Possibly more jam-packed with fillings than our articles with puns (you thought it wasn’t possible, didn’t you) these bagels are a dream come true.
Wrap your hands around an Everything bagel with Tasmanian smoked salmon and dill and spring onion cream cheese, or start your morning with their Brekky Bagel – stuffed with bacon, two eggs, swiss cheese and tomato chutney.
Ideal for grab & go, quickly satisfy your hunger and settle those caffeine cravings with a premium coffee from the Noosa roasters Padre Coffee.
Much to everyone’s delight, these bundles of goodness will be available for extended hours on Friday and Saturday nights, meaning that you’ll be able to grab a bite after work – or even just as a pre-dinner snack (it’s a thing, okay? Don’t judge us).
Word is they’ll also be opening in the W Hotel come July – so get your napkins at the ready.

Keeping the G&G up to date with all the latest tasty tidbits requires a lot of double lattes and espresso martinis, so we occasionally need to give out some sponsored love. But rest assured that we only work with businesses that we think are really nifty, as the sponsor for this post is!
