Well, these spring cravings are going pretty swimmingly. We’ve descended on (and devoured) the first mangoes of the season, rediscovered Brisbane’s beer gardens, and now, there’s a one-night-only dinner we just can’t clam up about.
This Friday 13 October, Darling & Co are hooking up cravings with a full-night feeding frenzy, and we’ve fallen for it hook, line and sinker. The special menu is dedicated to National Seafood Month, with four stunning courses for just $120pp – or you can add on matching wines (‘cause wine not?) for a total of $150pp.
Don’t move a mussel: we’re talkin’ plates topped in spanner crab raviolo with a fluffy king prawn mousse, juicy Moreton Bay bugs served with carrot, ginger and farro, and grilled Gympie red claws.
Uh, this thing looks cray(fish).
A portion of each ticket sales go to local Moreton Bay prawn farmers, so lock it in, Eddie – it’s time to seafood and eat it.
