After perfecting their epically meaty burgers and crunchy golden fries at the Boundary Street Markets in West End, Charboys have a permanent hole-in-the-wall shop in the CBD. They’ll be dishing up all their old faves, from the cheeseburger with a hand pressed beef patty, American cheddar, tomato, onion, lettuce, ketchup and mustard to the vego lentil burger with hickory BBQ sauce. Cross the road for a Southern style chicken burger, or head over early in the day for a brekkie burger stuffed with egg, bacon, cheddar and BBQ sauce.
If your hanger is at a level that won’t be satisfied with a single patty burger, try wrapping your hands around the Scorcher, pile high with two patties, double cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, bacon, hash brown, hot sauce, jalepenos, ketchup and mustard.
