When you step foot inside Deer Duck Bistro, it’s something of an antiquated fairytale. With plush furniture, oil paintings, stuffed animals and beautiful crockery and cutlery, the scene is set for a grandiose banquet. Known for their infamous degustation (with optional wine pairings), one can dine on creative courses like miso fish with scallops and salmon pearls, or tender duck with lotus root.
