Ember’s Steak Restaurant in Milton are a lively, home-style steak-house specialising in locally sourced grass-fed beef dishes. They only have one menu, so you’re pretty much guaranteed that they have their steak game down pat.
Delicious entrees include barbequed tiger prawns (we’re drooling) and pork and beef ribs. The grass-fed steak selection are aged for a minimum of 28 days and range from the tender beef medallion to a prime Angus eye fillet. Try these with a fancy blue cheese sauce or our favourite, the good old mushroom sauce. Not only do they specialise in steaks, Embers also feature lamb cutlets, atlantic salmon or chicken breast fillets and they even have a vegetable platter! All mains are served with thick cut chips or jacket baked potatoes meaning it’s time to get seriously stuffed while downing a fine wine.
