Local roasters, Fonzie and Abbot, have not one, not two, but three locales where coffee enthusiasts can come together over their love of quality brews. While the main cafe is situated on Racecourse Road, the roasts can also be found at Fox Street Factory in Albion and their James Street Espresso Bar.
Coffee is the main game here. Their signature Highside blend is a favourite with regulars, offered alongside the ever-changing ‘blend of the month’ and a diverse array of single origins. If you’re looking for something a little more refreshing, they also stock bottles of Tomahawk’s house made cold brew. Ahhhh!
If you care to stay a while and banter with the barista, Fox Street Factory offers a selection of Bagel Boys bagels, toasted flatbread, and freshly baked muffins that are sure to get you through until lunch time. If you’re after something a little more substantial, ham and cheese croissants, oat parfaits, wraps, protein balls, and paleo chocolate brownies are the order of the day over at Racecourse Road and James Street. Most importantly though, there’s coffee, which is all that really matters.
