A cute and quirky addition to Fish Lane, Hello Please has set up shop in a refurbished shipping container – but this is more than just a grab-and-go market-style eatery. Behind the container, you’ll find a chilled out seating area filled with long picnic tables and lit by fairy lights, so if you need a break from your 9-5 grind or somewhere to relax with a beer and bao buns on Friday night, you’ll find it here.
The menu is all about fresh Vietnamese eats, from steaming bowls of pho to flavoursome dumplings. For lunch, wrap your hands around rice paper rolls filled with tiger prawns and coriander mayo, crispy pork belly boa with peanut hoisin, aromats & cucumber, or a coconut chicken salad. At dinner, take a seat under the twinkling lights for pork and coriander spring rolls, , beef, betel leaf and peanut dumplings and grilled eggplant with sriracha mayo and crispy shallots. And with a small but all-encompassing range of wines and beers plus daily cocktail specials on the blackboard, there’ll alway be something to pair with your feed.
