From the DIY tostadas with corn chips, guacamole, salsa, tender beef and shredded pork, to the seriously tasty tacos with fillings like pumpkin and haloumi or sticky Wagyu beef with grilled onion, you’re going to need to use both hands. The signature dish is The Mother of All Tacos, an epic board of tortillas, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and your choice of meat. There is a little DIY involved – but even the most inept home cook can handle grabbing a tortilla, filling it with melt-in-you-mouth chipotle braised beef brisket, crispy pork belly or slow cooked lamb shoulder.
