More than just your average suburban cafe, Putia Pure Food is a kitchen, cafe and cooking school from renowned chef, Dominique Rizzo. Focusing on wholefoods with a gourmet twist, the kitchen serves up dishes put together with local produce and edible herbs and flowers from their own garden.
If the cabinet of gluten free sweet treats doesn’t tempt you into skipping breakfast in favour of a slice of cake, you’ll find delicious options like chickpea pancakes with spiced roast sweet potato, beetroot and pumpkin salad, mint and cucumber raita and grilled haloumi, or spring onion waffles with poached egg, avocado, goats cheese, rocket and chili jam.
