Stafford Heights welcomes yet another mouth-watering café, that appeals not only to the taste buds, but to the eye too. Started by Melbourne guru Nishan Phillips with 15 years of hospitality experience, The Colour Nine was sure to be a winner!
Hidden in a side street in Stafford, this café boasts flavours from around the world with their exotic menu and a laid-back dining experience.
The menu features breakfasts such as coconut and yoghurt panna cotta, lunch bites like cured king fish tacos with house slaw and plenty for the meat eaters with Sichuan lamb, watercress, avocado on a crusty roll. Of course, the drinks menu is just as delicious, with coffee beans sourced from Costa Rica, and an array of tea. And by array, we mean 16!
