Get ready for the full Monty.
No, not that one (get your mind outta the gutter) – we’re talking about the launch of Monty’s at Montague’s dinner service.
After winding back West End cravings as Monty’s Bakehouse, the brekky spot’s finally relinquishing to popular demand, crafting a nighttime menu as appealing as the AM’s.
Care to share? After sunset, the spotlight falls on tapas-style dining, perf for pairing with those knock-off wines or beers. At Monty’s, you’ll gather ‘round tables topped in charcuterie boards, salt and pepper calamari, and snack-sized meatballs.
For the bulkier cravings, Monty’s dishes out large plates of sliders, paella, or fresh fish tacos topped in charred pineapple salsa. Nothing fowl about their Moroccan-roasted chicken, either, with half or whole birds marinated in yoghurt for groups to share.
Don’t fret, early risers: your faves are staying open for brekky and lunch, too, but you’ll catch the new dinner fare Wednesday to Sunday ‘til 10pm.
You’ll find Monty’s on 321 Montague Rd, West End.
