Late night cravings and last-minute desserts are sorted thanks to Kat Gridley from Oats and Cheesecake. This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to make and bake (in the microwave!), so forget going nuts over the timer – even the most impatient amongst us will be satisfied.
250g chocolate coated biscuits
375g can sweetened condensed milk
500g Greek yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
- Crush the biscuits into crumbs, either in a food processor or place in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Spread across the base of a microwave proof dish.
- Mix the PB, yogurt and condensed milk until well combined, then pour into the biscuit base.
- Microwave on high for 4.5 minutes.
