We’re having a love affair with this cocktail. It mixes alcohol, and chocolate… what’s not to adore? Here’s a recipe from The Woollahra Hotel for a truly titillating tipple.
- 45ml vodka
- 15ml Monin passionfruit syrup
- 15ml white chocolate syrup
- 45ml fresh red grapefruit
- Garnish: 1/2 passionfruit filled with white chocolate drops
1) Prepare chilled martini glass
2) Add all ingredients into shaker tin
3) Add Ice
4) Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds or until tin is frosted
5) Double strain into chilled martini glass
6) Garnish w/ an empty passionfruit filled with white chocolate & enjoy!
Just try not to have too many too quickly, unless you want to passionately kiss the floor.
