The steaks have been raised, braised and glazed – and we’ve got our knives at the ready. Treasury Brisbane lives up to its name once again with the arrival of Gambaro restaurant’s much-anticipated Black Hide, bringing world-class cuts to Brisbane as well as share plates and fresh seafood dishes.
It’s hard to not have a cow when imagining Black Hide’s succulent Australian steaks, especially as their marble score is the highest by industry standards and packed with intense flavour. Indulge in perfectly caramelised eye fillet and sirloin Wagyu cuts, or graze on premium dry-aged steak cuts like rib eye and Angus grain-fed rib eye.
Not restricting themselves to just udderly insane steak (although we wouldn’t mind), you’ll also find Moreton Bay bug and live lobster dishes on the specialised menu with drops that perfectly complement the meal.
Staying in theme with their decadent dinners, Black Hide’s interior is anything but shabby with a focus on capturing the rich history of the building. Searching for something more intimate? Check out their private rooms for any events where you want to impress.
Moo-ve over cowboy, there’s a new Sheriff in town.
